Clarence Barnes spent 18 years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant — caring for patients, watching facilities struggle to find reliable staff, and knowing the system could be better.
In May 2019, he founded Help Me Rise Nurse Staffing LLC right here in Struthers, Ohio. Not as a corporate venture, but as a solution — connecting qualified healthcare workers with the facilities that need them most.
Today, Help Me Rise has grown into a full healthcare ecosystem that includes staffing, training, home care, and housing — all rooted in the same mission: Make it better for patients and the people who care for them.
